Pilotstar NX

The PilotStar® NX offers superior steering performance, thanks to decades of experience with its predecessor PilotStar D and the proven Anschütz steering algorithms. PilotStar NX also stands out with an extended range of functionality and an intuitive operation via the seven-inch touch TFT display. The autopilot is approved as heading control system for standard and for high-speed crafts. The PilotStar NX includes latest technical developments such as Ethernet communication and bridge alert management – this makes PilotStar NX easy to integrate into various system environments.

AlphaSSRS

The AlphaSSRS is a complete Sound Signal Reception System (SSRS) consisting of a display and antenna, designed to receive and detect foghorn sounds from other vessels and is for use onboard one-man operated enclosed bridge class ships. The display features an adjustable volume and dimmer and is highly suitable for fore and aft bridge mounting. The sound reception system enables the watch officer to receive warning signals of nearby vessels within a 70 to 2100 Hz frequency from all directions and suppresses unwanted background noise allowing reception of only relevant sounds. A secured web interface is used for logging and configuring the system. It also provides the system status, making it is easy to get access to settings, parameters and errors of the sound signal reception system which can save time during trouble shooting. At the same time, the website interface allows you to easily maintain the system for firmware updates, reset or factory restore functions.

SRS400

The Ibuki Kogyo Sound Reception system is mandatory equipment in accordance with the revisions to SOLAS Chap.V effected on 2002. buki SRS is complied with the new regulation to support the maritime safety. Main funciton is to receive external acoustic signals, reproduce and indicate the direction on the bridge. The microphone unit is fully waterproof and durable structure in all weather conditions. SRS100 is combined four microphones in one unit, and the SRS400 is four separate microphones. Both are simple wiring and maintenance-free. The working voltage is DC24V as standard, AC100V and AC220V are available as option with a converter.

CMZ900

The system configuration can easily be adapted to each vessel's specifications. IEC 61162-2 high-speed code is available for the heading and rate of turn (ROT) outputs. A unique anti-vibration system enhanced by the velocity damping effect of high viscous oil, provides superior damping of vibration and decoupling of shock at sea. A small and lightweight container enhances the follow up speed. The gyrocompass changes smoothly and does not lag when a small vessel rapidly changes course. A space-saving design: the master compass and the control box can be installed on the autopilot stand. Automatic speed error correction is possible if both the ship's speed signal from the speed log and the latitude signal from a GPS or some other positioning device is available. Further, the latitude can be estimated from the ship's speed and the gyrocompass reading if the positioning device signal is absent. An external heading signal from an instrument such as a magnetic compass or a GPS compass can be passed to repeater compasses and other ship equipment for back-up purposes. As a standard function, a built-in monitor detects deviations between the master compass and external sensor heading readings. The restart time can be preset from 1 to 99 hours. Bridge Alert Management System (BAMS) interface function based on IEC62288 Ed.2.

AlphaMiniCourse

The AlphaMiniCourse is highly reliable, has an enhanced follow-up performance and several interfacing features to connect to external equipment. The Gyro compass AlphaMiniCourse complies with requirements of IMO A.424(XI), ISO 8728 and AlphaMiniCourse HS complies to A.821 (19), ISO 16328 HSC. Both versions are Marine Equipment Directive 96/98/ЕС or Wheelmark approved. A gyrocompass is a type of non-magnetic compass which is based on a fast-spinning disc and rotation of the Earth to automatically find geographical direction, true north. The AlphaMiniCourse exploits this property and uses earth gravitational attraction and rotation to align the gyroscope spin axis with the meridian, i.e. in the true north direction. The AlphaMiniCourse is designed to meet the needs of the marine market Highly accurate performance derived from the aerospace industry, combined with a ruggedized construction in order to cope with the most severe circumstances at sea. On vessels, a gyrocompass is vital during operation, therefore Alphatron Marine provides a 24/7 worldwide service of technical support from well-experienced and knowledgeable technicians.

Quadrans

The Fiber-optic Gyro offers a high-performance compact strap down fiber-optic gyrocompass and Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) for navigation and control of ships, submersible vessels and autonomous vehicles. Fiber-optic Gyro is a gyrocompass (FOG) and attitude heading reference system (AHRS) which will seamen provide a very accurate read-out of important data for navigation purpose. The fiber-optic gyrocompass has no moving parts and is therefore maintenance free. It has already been equipped to thousands of ships, submersible vessels and autonomous vehicles engaged in civil and military applications. The fiber optic gyro compass is both a fiber-optic survey-grade IMO certified gyrocompass and a Motion Reference Unit for marine applications. Quadrans is certified to meet the requirements of the International Marine Organization (IMO and IMO HSC) for gyrocompass. The core of the fiber optic gyro compass is a compact strap down Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) which contains three accelerometers, three fiber-optic gyroscopes and a real-time computer. This unit computer is a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) chip enabling complex real-time computation.
